An exciting opportunity has arisen within ResoLUTiONs for you to lead our Alcohol Team committed to supporting people with drug and/or alcohol issues on their recovery journey. You will provide much needed support to our service users to achieve the best possible outcomes.

About the role – You will supervise a team of frontline staff members. You will organise and support with inducting new staff, carry out 1 to 1s, and develop/maintaining partner agency relationships.

This Team Leader role involves working at our Adult Service based on Victoria Street in Luton. Within ResoLUTiONs we have multiple locations across Luton, our two main sites being Castle Street for Young People (up to 25 years old) and Victoria Street for adults.

ResoLUTiONs Service are enthusiastic, creative and most of all, passionate about supporting individuals and their families in Luton.

We support those who access our service to reach their recovery goals which may be abstinence or a reduction in their use, and along the way we support people to use drugs and/or alcohol safely.

We are an integrated service with a prescribers, psychologists, and nurses. We have multiple specialist teams, including criminal justice, hospital liaison, BAME, dual diagnosis and outreach. We work alongside multiple partner agencies such as, Youth Offending Service, Probation, Luton Borough Council, CHUMS, Children Mental Health Service, Stepping Stones, Noah, Housing Providers and many others.

Type of person required – We are looking for someone with leadership experience, excellent people skills and able to motivate a team.
