Key Contribution Areas

  • To greet customer with a sincere and warm welcome and ensure they are aware you are there to help
  • Ask open questions to find out customers needs
  • To recommend, select and locate the correct merchandise for the customers needs

  • Maintain a customer friendly and customer focused environment at all times

    0 hour contracts only.. but this is good because it means for students like myself you can generally choose to work around your studies

    Don't get paid enough for the stuff we have to deal with, head office is always changing policies on how we have to work in the store (and of course it doesn't work because they have never worked in one of these stores, so they have no idea how inefficient these policies are in practice). Also never get to leave on time... especially when doing a closing shift.
