    3.5

Domino’s Pizza Delivery driver, July 2023

  • Best thing

I get to drive around so I can listen to music and podcasts. I don't have to really interact with that many people so I get to sit in my car alot

    Worst thing

Our regional manager is in our store frequently and has consent freak out with banging stuff against the wall and screaming at people for nothing and asks way to much of our staff for what we get paid our main manger is forced to work 60+ hours a week. I get paid 1 pound per delivery no matter the distance so I'm never paid back for my fuel costs. I get told to speed constantly. I'm constantly monitored on my time and progress. They never fix any parking ticket issues I receive from delivery to student accommodation I have to sort them out my self. Ive been separated from other staff and singled out for my clothing when others arnt for wearing the same things. Managers talk down to any staff member that isn't from this country and speak slow and condisendingly.

  • Best thing

My store had 4 manager 3 of them were amazing 1 was not. It was a great place to have fun make friends with free food and discount

    Worst thing

One of the managers was lazy always sat in officer when we need help for orders also the hours were terrible because all managers cared about was their labour. Short staffed was always a problem the main manager couldn’t plan a rota to save her life

    5.5

    Domino’s Pizza Instore, June 2023

  • Best thing

Good place to work with good people especially if you enjoy driving. Good for oooortunities to progress

    Worst thing

Breaks aren’t given, you take one if you want one only if you get chance. Pay is dreadful for someone who isn’t on highest tier minimum wage and that’s for doing exactly the same job. Often get 3-5am finishes and can be driving 200 miles a night, can be stressful if your close if too. Staff cars are basically non existent as they are all broken so good luck getting one unless if your car is broken. Id say go in store or don’t work late nights if you’re like me and months away from a levels. I have not taken my own advice and it shows
