Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for full-time, permanent Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Burton-on-Trentfor our customer, one of the leading retail companies, B&Q.
You will be working on 'any 5 in 7 days' shift patternwith the hours of 14:00 22:00.

What youll do on a typical day:
- Completion of orders that are picked, packed, and despatched
- Accurate receipt and indication of product onto the system
- Utilising MHE when trained and authorised to do so
- Adherence to H&S and Companys policy, procedures, and rules

Management doesn't care about repairing necessary work equipment. Do not get paid extra for operating mhe. Management raises targets to the point that they are unattainable without cheating;which scares away new hires. Management treat their favourites *much* differently than others. E.g. last month a team leader dropped an entire pallet of worktops with a PPT, there was no investigation done not even a drug and alcohol test. People have been banned from driving the PPT for literally the same thing!
