1:1 Teaching Assistant Position in Salford
Are you passionate about education and helping students reach their full potential? Do you have experience working with children and a desire to make a difference in their lives? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant for a position in Salford. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, and to contribute to the development of students on a personal level.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support for students, helping them with their academic work and personal development.
- Collaborate with teachers to implement educational activities and lesson plans.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
- Assist with classroom management and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
