What David Lloyd employees say about their job
-
Best thing
At my centre the managers are very understanding and friendly. They are quick to get around to sorting major issues out if they arise. The poolside team are also very easy to get along with which makes shifts go by quickly
Worst thing
I spend a lot of time as the only lifeguard on duty. Which means getting fresh air and completing tasks can be hard. Also the high volume levels concern me for my own hearing and that of my colleagues.

-
Best thing
Start and finish work early.
Worst thing
Poor management, budget focused not health and safety focused. Reactive not planned response.
