Management, all of them. Communication. How we are treated and spoken to. More than 3 latenesses can end up in dismissal if head office or management don’t see progression. They question you and other colleagues about your sickness/time off. Question you and other colleagues if being late for 2/5 minutes off break or lunch, or coming in t start etc
