Yours Clothing job reviews

  • Best thing

I like the job and my manager, unfortunately the company don't trust their staff and micro manage every decision.

    Worst thing

Emails from the Area Manager and Director that are so negative it brings down the morale in the store. Being demoted to save money but still doing the same job.

  • Best thing

My small team of ladies. Because it's a small team you get to know people well, and you work with all staff.

    Worst thing

Low pay, very task heavy, high expectations but low respect from head office, high targets, unachievable bonus for some stores. Expectation to work over your hours. Not enough staff. Expectation to do more with less.
