Great team, free meal on shift, can be a fun work environment.

Rude and impatient customers, sometimes didn't get rota until day before, upper management had no idea the stress we were under. Sometimes would only be me on front of house managing nearly a full restaurant alone. Tips were shared amongst everyone, which meant some weeks you'd be getting paid £40 in tips despite working very hard!

They expect you to do a work load for 3-4 workers but expect you to work on your own. You don’t get time for a break so you can finish on time. They expect you to have the fridge full by 12 pm but on your own but that’s imposible.
The company are awful at communication, if you email them about something you will be lucky to here back from them within a month.They expect so much from you but give so little back. It’s not worth the stress at all.

managers are soo nice and sweet and also take compliments into consideration. staff are fun to work with get more benefits if you work in shopping mall or around other restaurants as you can food swap. tips are great if you work in places with a lot of customers eg airport or westfield
