WJ Group job reviews

  • Best thing

Freedom, every day is different, good lads, sometimes fun

    Worst thing

Working in bad weather - sitting in a truck for sometimes 6hours a day when it’s raining

EVERYONE is on different pay, there is absolutely 0 pay structure in place. No monthly chats to ask how you’re doing and how they can help progress etc, company is so big but it’s mainly In other areas of the country and in Gloucestershire we’re left alone with no care from the hire ups even though us road markers earn all the money.
