    The Management (all upper management). All they care about are just figures and anything else that makes them look good. They don’t care about what staff have to go through and what shop staff have to deal with. They keep adding more things for the shop staff to do while other departments get to do less. Poor treatment of staff from customers on a daily basis and no work life balance. If you have a partner or a family then you won’t really be able to do much with them.

    Line management having no clue what it's like front facing with customers now. Constant restructures of the company, third in 6 years now. Current restructure has only been in place for 2 weeks and issues have already arisen.

    The gambling industry is relatively interesting and you get regular customers you take care of. Hours are sometimes flexible and staff team are pretty elite. Also pay doesn't age discriminate so would recommend to anyone under 25.

    Virtually required to work weekends. Also have to work ALONE at NIGHT TIME. Get basically no benefits apart from money of glasses because working at a computer demolishes your eyesight. Breaks are unpaid and boy does that time add up. Also have to deal with less than friendly clientele sometimes

    Pay. Shifts. You have to work every weekend and bank holiday. I was told your holidays are for weekends and bank holidays!
    I was threatened by a customer and my manager said "so what are you telling me for"

    Pressured into unwanted overtime
    Have to book the whole years holidays a year in advance bir they will pick your holiday days off
    Staff that rob from the company will be over looked
    Latenesses on a regular basis will not be seen to but if you are a good worker they will pull you in for disaplinaries
    They do not care about your safety where money and theft is concerned they will only care about the money
    You cannot have any kind of private meeting asbstaff and managers will discuss bthe meeting as gossip
