    Some supervisors and managers can be up very superficial and picky, you’ve got to be in with them to have an easy time.

    Sometimes it feels as though the efforts you put in are clouded by pre-judgements.

    You can’t make a single mistake.

    Inconsistent controlling, 10 hours into the shift suddenly being sent 40-50 miles out of the area to a low priority call that ensures a late past time finish when you know/can see similar calls being left in your own area.
