The stressful nature of the work and the physical nature too, the awful waste that happens everyday, they say they have a to good to go scheme but when no one buys anything they go straight into the bin, I'm talking unopened bottles of drinks, 1 day past food in wrappers that have been refrigerated, they even throw away the syrup when sugar doesn't go out of date. They could offer it to their hard working staff to take home but Ive heard people have been fired for taking food that was going in the bin home with them. Absolutely shameful

These people will treat you like cattle, provide the least amount of staff benefits possible and ask for so much work in return.
They don’t bother with free staff meals unless you’re management, and advertise a £1 meal as a benefit instead of just providing a free meal a day for the low paid staff instead of the well paid managers.They are cutting rota hours and expect better performance and yearly sales, they are absolutely gone mad

My manager was rude/didn’t speak to people nicely showed no respect didn’t even know what he was doing had to ask me even though I hadn’t had proper training. Somebody else joined a month or so after me and he received proper training and knew how to do more things than me. My college timetable changed and my manager wouldn’t change my shifts so I had to just work weekends to make my hours I did a 9 hour shift and an 8 hour shift (nobody was supposed to do longer than 8 hour shifts) this was illegal

The people - the management are respectful and the team are friendly & supportive.
The flexibility - it's a good job for students as there's always overtime available, but you're not pressured to come in on days off like some other retail & hospitality jobs.Worst thing
Not paid enough for the work you do. School holidays are super busy, so it's stressful and you're not always allowed to take the breaks you're entitled to.
