The people - the management are respectful and the team are friendly & supportive.
The flexibility - it's a good job for students as there's always overtime available, but you're not pressured to come in on days off like some other retail & hospitality jobs.Worst thing
Not paid enough for the work you do. School holidays are super busy, so it's stressful and you're not always allowed to take the breaks you're entitled to.
