What people are saying about sick pay at Welcome Break
-
Best thing
Good colleagues, flexible management
Worst thing
Poor organisation, no breaks, understaffing, lack of training

Best thing
The people - the management are respectful and the team are friendly & supportive.
The flexibility - it's a good job for students as there's always overtime available, but you're not pressured to come in on days off like some other retail & hospitality jobs.Worst thing
Not paid enough for the work you do. School holidays are super busy, so it's stressful and you're not always allowed to take the breaks you're entitled to.
