Overworked, and not paid for the work I do above my pay grade

Not having enough staff and time to give students the attention they need, not being paid enough for the amount of responsibility you're given. Teaching assistants not being paid through the school holidays like teachers are even though a special school could not run without the TAs who do the most work.
