    Food Allowence for Menu food on breaks (or can take home if working too little hours to get breaks.
    Friends and People I work with.
    Free leftovers at the end of the Night (Gyozas, get to cook food that would of gone out of date ect.)

    Worst thing

    Managment can be rude and wont always praise you for doing something well.
    20min break for 6+hrs hours and more depending how many hours you work.
    Training can lack but once you pick it up and teach it yourself you wont forget.
    Working on extra days last minute or overtime is same pay rate as rota'd time (No Time and 1/2 pay for over time, ect)

    Managers actively tell us to ignore and mistreat deliveroo drivers. It's awkward to say the least. I was literally told "just ignore the deliveroo drivers, they're like needy dogs begging for work"
    Which Made me feel really really awkward every time I interact with them.
    I feel mujhe they think I'm acting like they're subhuman and we'rebetter than them

    Career progression opportunities, happy team, good training where possible. Always kept up to date with the site + wider company. Progress is tracked and you are given goals to work towards.

    High stress at points. Rota changes often and with little notice. Sometimes proper training is not possible when the site is busy and this can leave you feeling unprepared.
