  the people, everyone is so inviting and kind and helpful when you're stressed or confused. I don't think the job is too difficult either, at the start it takes some getting used to but most people pick it up quickly.

  management are awful. very hard to balance work and personal life. rota gets released on a tuesday for that upcoming friday so very little time in advance to know when you’re working. if the monday is a bank holiday it is pushed back to wednesdays. unsociable hours and often understaffed

  It’s needs a refit and we get a lot of complaints about broken seats, lifts or escalators breaking down or machines and projectors turning off randomly.

  Largely straight forward. Free tickets. Flexibility to fit around preexisting out of work commitments like studying or second job. Generally good atmosphere among CA' and lower level management.

  Unrealistic demands of peoples schedules who are on a 4 hour contract. Minimum wage for each age group with equal responsibility. Inconsistent weekly hours. Requesting time off for customer assistants is unfair when compared with short notice weekly rotas, e.g. "two staff off at one time from a group of 35 people on 4 hour contracts". Bias within management teams rotas. No commission or room for meaningful extra rewards. Only management are paid bonuses for performance of site and lower staff, including supervisors who are given the same responsibilities as managers. Quick to criticise but barely praise. Consistently reading about record breaking company performance but continue to pay staff minimum wage. Standards expected not backed up by staffing hours to achieve this.

  Managers couldn’t care less about you. Someone reported sexual assault and the managers and supervisors in the office actually laughed about it.

  Not to mention how seriously understaffed we are with no care or support from duty managers.
