  Voyage care itself - all they care about is money and not staff or wellbeing.
  You are paid not enough for the stress you go through. It is not worth it. They will place residents in with lack of staff and next to no support with no insentive which results in high turn over.

  The management is shocking the lack of communication is unbelievable, and for what we do and the high expectations we are paid minimum wage like we are worthless. we put our heart and soul into that place and we get treated like nothing. Oh and let's not forget the confidentiality how many breaches must management make until someone realises we can't trust them at all

  Feel insecure about my job, ever changing management, far too much paperwork, often repeated. Higher management are removed from reality, they don’t care about the people we support, it’s all about profit. Horrible company to work for.
