    4 day week rota, 5 day long weekend every 3 weeks, discounted products.

    Worst thing

    Constant barrage of needing to get RAF (refer a friend scheme, getting sales from customers) even though we are install/ service technicians. Not sales men, and if we do not get sales (RAF) we get put on coaching plans, which can lead to dicaplinary actions. Also NPS, where we have to badger customers into giving a 9 or a 10 on a survey they might get, by telling them question 1 of the survey is about us, the engineer, but the question is about company as a whole. And if customer would recommend the company. Again if we do not meet targets we get put on coaching plans. Team managers, area managers and so on seem more interested in RAF and NPS than proper KPI's like, repeat 7 day fault rate, 28 day repeat fault rate, productivity. Many, many engineers have left because of this.

    Good supportive team and manager. Have had to have time off for different things, but have been able to do make up time which is great. Everyone is really friendly. It is a great place to work.
