Best thing
I love booking peoples dream holidays & helping them out before they get onboard. We get rewarded very well for working hard. My team are extremely supportive & helpful - it is very much like a family.
Worst thing
Sometimes customers can be a little much & expect something above my ability and it gets stressful when they challenge our terms and conditions, like I am in the wrong for abiding by them.

Best thing
We get free flights, only paying the tax and this is usually enough to keep me going as the pay is so bad. We also get discounts on hotels and other products across the Virgin brand.
Worst thing
When the job is good it's brilliant but it's been so bad for a long time, before the pandemic and it isn't getting any better. 100s of calls queuing all day long no support for the staff managers don't care at all we can't contact anyone higher up the company. Our shifts were really bad before but now they've brought in annualised hours meaning that we can work up to 11 hour days 5 or 6 days a week anything from 7am to 11pm.
