Best thing
Set own schedule(at the moment) easy to leave for appointments ect. Some of the team are really good
Worst thing
On call, I’m currently on a 12 day stint. Low pay, too many jobs in a day, hard to do you’re minimum hours, no pay for the first or last 30 mins, unpaid break which is only 30 mins, lots of driving, van is business use only. Managers set unrealistic targets, some contracts are an absolute nightmare (insurance jobs ie call-outs to peoples homes, Greggs, bnm ect)
