What employees are saying about Urban Outfitters

  • Best thing

For the most part low maintenance, and most assistants are nice people.

    Worst thing

The managers are often incompetent, and can come across as quite rude and unconcerned, will micromanage and cut corners on their tasks, but call you out over doing something even slightly different to how they want you to. The tasks are repetitive and boring.
