Best thing
When it’s quiet it’s very relaxed, especially if you get on with the receptionist. The free gym membership is nice, and it’s nice to meet people
Worst thing
You still have to pay for parking on campus. You don’t get sick pay, it gets very stressful when busy, and sometimes I’m cajoled into taking hours I don’t want to do

The staff work so hard, are lovely

The stress is immense. Workload intense and constant. Everyone is overworked and underpaid and yet because they all care they put 150% of effort even to their own detriment.
