    The pay - could get a higher wage in industry. Only on a 3 month contract :/

    Good benefits working for the University. Closed university days as well as bank holidays.

    Tight deadlines which the upper management don’t seem to understand and make tighter every year. Inadequate training for new starters often resulting in a high turnover of staff.
