  • Best thing

For the most part, the competent people I work with.

    Worst thing

    - Poor management from SLT.
    - Little to no vetting procedure when taking on staff.
    - A near pathological need from the SLT to prevent the sales team from doing their job.
    - Poor hygiene of staff members, and an unwillingness to enforce hygiene standards.

  • Best thing

Some of the people that I work with are great

    Worst thing

Management as a whole is a joke, they have no idea what they are doing, they are very inconsistent and should be better trained/understand their own company better. The pay isn't good enough. Projects are few and far between on nights. People who have just started get put on better projects then people who have been here for a lot longer. Probably loads more I'm not thinking of.
