Best thing
The people you work alongside are very friendly and welcoming. Also very helpful if you're stuck.
Worst thing
Training was poor and isn't flexible for different learning styles. Temporary contracted people aren't treated equally yet are expected to work twice as hard to be made permanent whilst being paid a fraction of a permanent employee. The company care more about their bottom line than employee satisfaction. The workload is two jobs in one creating a lot of stress. Processes change all the time making things very confusing when one employee does it one way and another employee has been taught different.
