    The team, management and core are all great and listen. Only a few team members that really push there luck but management are always behind me

    The customers, treat you like dirt, forget you are a human too just because you work in The hospitatily sector. The way you are treated because it's a budget hotel. The lack of people who your work with because of labour cuts. More responsibility for one person so they save money
