    Some of the employees you work with are good and have your back but there is still those that are backstabbers

    Management have not got a clue about the duties in which the dmstaff they are managing do and do not listen when informing them about what tools you require to properly do your job. They also don't listen when you are making complaints that is making your job harder than needs to be and they will not discipline/charge those offenders

    Anti-social behaviour and verbal/physical attacks from passengers, lack of support from management, managers and supervisors that want to make a name for themselves by punishing staff over tiny things, supervisors that do one thing one way one day and don't differently the next. Lack of staff due illness (stress mostly) which makes getting time off almost impossible.
