  The job it self is great, you come in load your van and off you go. You meet lovely people around the surgeries and I work with a great team.

  Management don’t know what we do, they haven’t visited us once since to pandemic. I haven’t a great contact after being Tupe’d from a different company but the other drivers don’t get sick pay etc.

  After a very serious illness, where I was off work for 7 months, as I recovered, my job was waiting for me, I'd been paid all the months I was off sick!

  Regular work, shifts are on a set rota and rarely change, pay is good, Shift premium is paid on top of basic pay, company cares about employees health and well-being, safety is a very high priority

  Working shifts can interfere with your social life / family life ( that’s why you get a shift premium )
