    TK Maxx Associate, January 2023

  • Best thing

Some of the associates are really nice, the hourly pay for someone my age is good, you can chose your availability.

    Worst thing

The pressure put on you is insane, you’re not allowed to sit down whilst clocked in, unpaid breaks, if caught talking to another associate it’s your life on the line, you are treated like dirt, there’s a clear manager-associate hierarchy, we are told from the day we start “everyone is replaceable” which makes us all feel undervalued and not appreciated
