  All of the management are severely untrained. No care about progression unless it’s relevant to fill a position. No care about your life outside of work. Your managers get to choose all of their shifts and don’t care about your days off

  High expectations. Demoralising management, with focus on numbers instead of quality. Unsupportive with shift swaps and emergency time off when having issues at home.

  Flexibility of shift start times and ability to switch shifts with colleagues last minute.

  When under staffed you have to face difficult and potentially dangerous situations on your own in a busy store. Despite there sometimes being an external guard present to "support" they aren't focused and spend most of their time on their phone.

  Timed Targets, monotonous work, rubbish shift patterns ie 6am-3pm then 3pm-midnight. On your feet at a work bench all day getting repetitive strain.

  As Customer Service it Id always important to note that customers can be frustrated and rude. But 90% of the contacting customers are understanding.
