High expectations. Demoralising management, with focus on numbers instead of quality. Unsupportive with shift swaps and emergency time off when having issues at home.

Flexibility of shift start times and ability to switch shifts with colleagues last minute.

When under staffed you have to face difficult and potentially dangerous situations on your own in a busy store. Despite there sometimes being an external guard present to "support" they aren't focused and spend most of their time on their phone.
