    managers constantly on their phones not doing work and getting mad at the 16 year olds for 'slacking off' when they are the only ones doing anything, poor store hygiene, terrible pay, rude managers treating staff like vermin, no training given whatsoever yet you're expected to know everything by day 2, shifts get changed the day before with no notice, holiday isn't paid and you only get 10 days per year, underpaid staff forced to do manager jobs while managers all just sit and chat then blame staff and make them stay after closing when work isnt finished
