    Caring and helping individuals to get the best they have with respect and dignity

    Worst thing

    Short staff to many agencies who don't know the residents constantly working with them and keeping an eye on them. Regular staff constantly having cigarette breaks whilst none smokers didn't even get there's as times run out forbreaks. Mangers on your back giving more work to be done.
