Best thing
Mi colleagues
Worst thing
The payment, feeling not appreciated by the company, beinng left alone by the company, having no support whatsoever from the company, dealing with rude members, having to argue with disrespectful members, to lift heavy weight to tidy up after disrespectful members, having to teach classes for free, having to clean with not adequate tools, not having any progression scheme, being ignored by the company, not being able to negotiate a better salary.

Pay is the worsed in any industry for the position (AGM). With you being expected to be on call 365 days of the year, for no extra pay. If you don't answer your phone outside of work hours your job is at risk meaning you can have no life away from work. Most management stuggle to sleep with fear that if they don't hear there phone they will be disciplined.
They state they care about your health and wellbeing, but when question about the fact you can not have a life away from work, they tell you it's your responsibility because your a key holder.
