It's flexible around college
There's some nice mangers and other staff
Unlimited amount of soda and cordial, or water to drink during shift
Staff discount
Staff parking
Can sometimes get food on the house during shift
Worst thing
Hardly ever get breaks, and likely only for 15m or less
No staff room
Low pay
During the Christmas period, expect to be there for 12 hours or more, or if they're short staffed
Always over or under staffed, expected to stay longer if under staffed, can be sent hone early if over staffed
They often ask for you to come in short notice
Rota is given every Sunday night, so if you're working the Monday, you have little notice
Sometimes will end up staying until the early hours of the morning
Many laws aren't followed
Training is minimal
Dangerous environment, no compensation for injuries
