    The Training is poor, the software I use to complete my jobs doesn't work. Constantly have to call it support to resolve the issue myself yet the IT département don't seem to know how its done

    FAR too much red tape procedures dealing with customers
    Have to ask a lot to get something sorted e.g holidays
    People walk out after two weeks as there's just too many calls,they can't keep the staff due to how awful it can be,particularly dealing either rude karen customers,we're often reminded "it's part of the job" no its not. Abuse is never OK.
