Best thing
The people that work there, the relaxed atmosphere.
Worst thing
Pay is low compared to the same role at other comparable climbing gyms. The centre is dilapidated and workarounds instead of repairs are learnt on the job. Head Office keeps asking us to do more with no increased time to do it or pay increase. Long hours, unsociable hours, no compensation.
