    The brand attracts very creative people. So your team is bounds to be diverse, with interesting perspectives. The brand has made a conscious effort to make this a thing even at store level. So all views are given a space, you work collaboratively across your peers and up and down workflow lines.

    Worst thing

    At the end of the day, it’s retail. Often wellbeing is sacrificed as the business out pressure on achieving ridiculous and rigid targets that are seldom revised. But they will go on about the importance of protecting your well-being- mostly to cover their HR backs. As much as the store teams are creative, the brand can, and often does, block creative freedom in actioning how the store looks

    Hard to get holidays off
    Have to work when put on the rota, no say in overtime or what days worked
    Pay gap isn’t big between team leader and customer consultant
    no holidays allowed in november, december and mother’s day
