What people are saying about sick pay at TGI Fridays

  • Best thing

    Discount

    Worst thing

Some managers can treat you poorly and with disrespect and the stress levels are extremely high with no chance of breaks if you work only an evening or morning shift, even if you work 6+ hours

TGI Fridays Serving Assistant, October 2024

  • Best thing

    The people I work with.

    Worst thing

Everything. No breaks or 5 minute breaks for over 10-12 hour shifts. The managers have no respect for you. They do not care if you have worked over 9 hours with no break, especially if it’s busy. If you are sick at work they do not care and refuse to send you home.

    Worst thing

Lack of respect, rules, overworked, false promises, breaks taken away, sitting out for free on standby, constant change in protocol, never listen

TGI Fridays Server Assistant, April 2023

  • Best thing

Great team even if you had a busy shift you’d always have a laugh and just a good time in general. You’re treated great and the pay is great.

    Worst thing

If you’re on a single shift you’ll only get one maybe 2 5 minute breaks if you’re lucky
