    You get to have you phone to hand, sit in a chair, take your breaks and bathroom breaks whenever you want, it’s a close knit team usually so it quickly becomes friendly

    Worst thing

    I worked 16 hours a week. This means that in a 26 week period I get 14 hours of sick leave. Any more and they will pull me in for a meeting. Though the 6 weeks of holiday a year is nice, good luck getting Christmas off though
