The job has many options to advance in your career if you're willing to put in the work, the place is very inclusive and the staff and fellow colleagues are very welcoming.
Worst thing
Not much, the nature of the job means you have to work with aggressive customers but there are protocols in place. The hours can be long if you take a compressed shift but that shift pattern is optional as there are multiple shift patterns. Lastly training can sometimes be overwhelming with the sheer amount of knowledge needed but help is always nearby.
