What employees are saying about Tenpin
-

Tenpin Customer service assistant, January 2024
-
Best thing
free bowling, and easy to make friends with co-workers
Worst thing
so stressful, asked to do the impossible, customers yell at you, expected to do unreasonable hours
Tenpin Customer service assistant, March 2023
-
Best thing
The staff that work there and some of the customers
Worst thing
The hours, some managers, being very understaffed in most shifts and having to stay behind atleast an extra 30 mins because of it.
Tenpin CSA, September 2022
-
Best thing
The people that you work with and the quiet days
Worst thing
It gets really busy, majority of the customers think they are entitled and will speak to you rudely and you can’t answer back because some managers don’t want to deal with complaints.

Best thing
The people I work with, the family vibe we share and making our customers have a great time
Worst thing
Only been there for a month and being expected to know everything and pick it all up with in the first few shifts - they speed you through training and don't give you time to sit down and finish the training booklets but proceeds to put you on a station where you fully havent been trained, you've just been told how to do it really quickly. And then anxiety kicks in because you don't want to mess up, like they know I'm dyslexic and I'm not good with money but proceed to put me on the tills, I'm better at serving drinks and cleaning lanes
