    Working from home was okay until they gave us webcams that were controllable via remote link at any time by IT

    most callers appreciate the help you give and that makes you feel appreciated and acknowledges that you are providing a great service

    I can be put on another campaign with little notice, inadequate training and have to change my shifts ( days and hours )from between hours of 7am until 11pm. Also in some instances you are unable to help callers and this is frustrating.
