Best thing
My training group mates
Worst thing
Lack of support within mental health and team leaders not checking their emails when important information has been sent to them. They are too quick to underpay or not pay at all for no reason but lack of communication on their end. Faulty computers and poor training. Rubbish pay and stupid breaks/lunch breaks. Don’t get me started on the no support when you are stressed out after being abused by customers or dealing with suicidal calls. If you are sick and end up quitting you have to pay them…. If you send sick notes in just know they will act like they didn’t get them and then pay you nothing as they say you was AWOL so it’s unpaid sick. There’s no real climb in career and they pay you what they feel to. If you do overtime don’t bother as you don’t get paid for it. Don’t listen to what they tell you this company is horrendous to be apart of and it’s ruined my health and mental state.
