Best thing
Fun job, always different experiences.
People I work with are great, managers are the best I’ve seen, teamwork comes naturally.
Managers definitely work hard here and listen to team.
Progression is good, seen many well earned crew members become mangers.
Training and business updates are very regularly and quickly put into effect, met with a positive and quick attitude.
Overall amazing place to work for, easily one of the coolest jobs out of your friends and family :)Worst thing
Shifts depend on customers, if few customers you are likely to get cancelled or short shifts.
Could be paid more for what we do, particularly due to inflation, although wage does rise when minimum wage goes up. It’s a relatively healthy amount above minimum at £8.20 an hour, but the job is very physical and requires a lot of attention, I think a slightly higher wage would be ideal.
Shifts can get very early or very late, early shifts can be 7:00-17:00, late shifts can be 16:45-01:00.
Is advertised as paid breaks, which is no longer the case, I think a paid break would be nice considering it’s only 30 mins, or at least update when advertising the job.TeamSport Employee, July 2023

Worst thing
when not working as mechanic it's highly stressful and fast paced for the amount of pay we receive

£1 staff karting is a great perk, but there are no bonuses for our hard work within the sales team.
Worst thing
The managers will not take on board any feedback, head of sales likes it his way or no way

Best thing
Its a really sociable job, like working with a second family
Worst thing
Pay could be more considering my job role and what is asked of me, especially when being a full time manager and having to do things that are not part of my job role, which then takes more time away from things I should be doing!
