Best thing
Every day is different, and very active. It can be slightly stressful at times, but the pros always outweigh the cons. The team is good to work with, and your team can change every holiday. You’ll be tired, but you won’t be unhappy.
Worst thing
Sometimes there are last minute changes or emergencies, but that comes with the terrain of working on camp. Sometimes it can be hard, and communication can stumble, but everyone puts in the effort and you can always ask for support as an individual, a team, or as a manager. There’s always someone higher up to help.
