What people are saying about sick pay at Subway

  • Best thing

It’s a great place and a lot of life lessons to be learned and it can be fun if you stay busy all day

    Worst thing

Other employees can be slow and don’t stay busy so that others don’t get breaks

  • Best thing

    Not a very difficult job.
leeway when needed & food is provided.
    it’s a safe working environment.
We rarely get rude customers or complaints.

    Worst thing

The long hours and the unpaid 30 minute breaks.
9/10 times you can’t take a break because of how busy it can get.
As a manager you feel like you’re carrying the whole store.
Don’t get paid enough for the amount of work load that’s given to a store manager.

  • Best thing

    My coworkers

    Worst thing

Having the idea that I’m available everyday of the week and unable to take breaks as many people leave the store so I’m constantly working with people who don’t know what their doing so I can leave them on their own

  • Best thing

some team members, food, discount, not entirely difficult

    Worst thing

have to always be quick and adapt to high-intensity environments, not that great pay and most of the time don't get paid overtime, delivery drivers are weird, some team members are not that great, breaks are never that long even if ur on a long shift, if you don't stand up for yourself people will take advantage of you.
