  leeway when needed & food is provided.
  it’s a safe working environment.
  We rarely get rude customers or complaints.

  The long hours and the unpaid 30 minute breaks.
  9/10 times you can’t take a break because of how busy it can get.
  As a manager you feel like you’re carrying the whole store.
  Don’t get paid enough for the amount of work load that’s given to a store manager.

  Having the idea that I’m available everyday of the week and unable to take breaks as many people leave the store so I’m constantly working with people who don’t know what their doing so I can leave them on their own
