    Loved working with the team at my old pub however teams between pubs tend to vary, my current pub has an incentive system where you can win a voucher

    having money coming in even if its not much

    we get exposed to covid constantly, serving hundreds of people a shift who arent weraring masks and are closer than social distance, we get grabbed or touched by customers all the time, the pay is minimum wage and depends on your age (i get 6.50) the breaks are too short to eat a meal in, its constant stress and for the entire 9hr shift we finish at 2 in the morning and i always have to get up at 6:30 to go to college
