Flexible hours, easy to work there. Not too strict and a chill work atmosphere. Nice locals, always got good beer. Regular staff parties with tabs.
Worst thing
Has a large garden which is down a hill, hot and sweaty in summer especially when it’s busy.

Low pay, head manager barely appears and is often disrespecful, majority of managers spend more time in office than on the floor, lack of funding for travel home, 10 hour shifts with 20 minute unpaid break
