What people are saying about pay at StepChange Debt Charity
-
Best thing
The colleagues you work with are nice and often will try help each other
Worst thing
People are not treated fairly. Some people in the same job and same pay have to do more difficult tasks all the time. Some of the situations can be so stressful and team leaders need to respect that. They are more bothered about you answering them and hitting targets.
